Cancellation Policy
1. Personal Training programs at Hottie Hut Fitness Boutique are designed to provide customized fitness instruction and support to help clients reach their goals safely and effectively. By purchasing a personal training package, you agree to abide by the terms below. ⸻ 2. Personal Training Program All personal training programs are billed monthly and require a three-month commitment to begin. The total program cost may be paid in monthly installments or in full at the start of the commitment period. ⸻ 3. Payments and Billing • Payment for the first month is due at the time of enrollment. • Recurring payments will be automatically charged every 30 days for the duration of the commitment. • A valid credit/debit card must remain on file for the duration of your program. • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. • After the initial 3-month period, clients may continue month-to-month or renew another 3-month term. ⸻ 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy • A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. • Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be forfeited and may not be rescheduled or refunded. • Frequent late cancellations or missed sessions may result in loss of future booking privileges. • Make-up sessions are granted only at the trainer’s discretion and based on availability. • Consistent attendance is expected to maintain progress and program results. ⸻ 5. Membership and Program Cancellation • Early termination before the 3-month commitment is not permitted except in the case of verified medical inability to continue. • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to tara_hut@yahoo.com. • Verbal, text, or social media messages do not qualify as valid cancellation notices. • Clients remain responsible for all payments due within the 3-month term, even if sessions are not used. ⸻ 6. Session Expiration All personal training sessions must be used within the designated commitment period. Unused sessions do not roll over to future months and cannot be refunded or credited. ⸻ 7. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver By participating in personal training sessions, you acknowledge and accept that: • You are voluntarily engaging in physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. • You have consulted a physician and are cleared for physical activity.
