Eggs in the Rice Cooker

  • Scrambled Eggs: Sauté onions or other vegetables in the rice cooker, then add beaten eggs and stir until cooked through.

    • Tip: Adding a splash of milk to the eggs can make them fluffier.

  • Frittatas: Sauté vegetables like garlic, spinach, or feta in the rice cooker, then add beaten eggs and cheese and let them set.

  • Boiled Eggs: Gently place eggs in the inner pot and cover them with water. Add a pinch of baking soda, select the slow cook setting, and cook for 10 minutes.

  • Cracked Eggs with Rice: Cook rice in the rice cooker, then crack eggs directly into the cooker and let them cook on the warm setting for a few minutes.

    • Tip: Mix everything together and top with soy sauce or liquid aminos for a savory flavor
